La Bahia - Punta Mita, Nayarit
La Bahia has both rights and
lefts and breaks over rock reef into a small cove.
The break is just North of El Faro at the tip of the point, and can be accessed by panga hired out
of El Encolte.
Food and Lodging can be found
throughout Punta Mita.
Surfers
advice:
Better to have the panga stay with you for mobility rather
than a drop off & pick up.
Getting there:
Flights are available to Puerto Vallarta (international) in the state of
Jalisco. Punta de Mita is about 35 minutes north on Highway Mex 200 by
car. Buses are available to locations along the point.
